All SU and SUNY-ESF students, staff, and faculty are welcome to attend this special evening at Hendricks Chapel. SU’s University Organist Dr. Anne Laver is teaming up with longtime yoga instructor Dara Harper to create a calming sound bath blended with breathwork and light yoga.

Please bring a towel, blanket, or mat if you’d like to lie on the floor. If mobility is an issue, most of the evening can be enjoyed while simply standing or sitting. No registration necessary.
