The Presbyterian Church in Geneva is looking for an organist/pianist to play their sanctuary’s three-manual Casavant pipe organ (29 stops), chapel Roland Classic 380 organ, and 1886 Steinway Model A (rebuilt with new Steinway parts). During the program year (Sep-May) there is an 8:15 am chapel service and a 10:30 am sanctuary service. In the summer there is one service at 9:30 am in the sanctuary. This person will provide organ or piano music for worship and accompany ensemble and soloists. Special services include Christmas Eve and may include Ash Wednesday and Good Friday. This person will work with the pastor and worship design team to diversify musical styles and opportunities. Compensation is per service/rehearsal ($200-$375/week); $14,000-$16,000 annually. Includes one week paid vacation, accrued sick time, first right of refusal for weddings/funerals on site.
