When it’s time to renew your AGO membership, you should receive an email from Headquarters with a link to ONCARD, National’s online registration site where you will be able to pay your dues by credit card. (A link to ONCARD is also included on the National Headquarter’s website at www.agohq.org.)You will be prompted for a username and password in order to login. Your username is your first initial plus your last name, as it appears on your TAO mailing label (e.g., jsmith for John Smith). The password is your Member ID, which can also be found on your TAO label.
After logging in, you will go through a three-step process: 1) review/update your membership type and chapter affiliation; 2) review/update your personal information and chapter-specific data fields; and 3) pay your membership dues (with optional contributions to chapter and national funds).
While payment by credit card is preferred, the AGO will accept checks made out to the American Guild of Organists as payment. You will still need to go through the process outlined above to ensure that your data is correct and to make any contributions to national and chapter funds. When you reach the payment screen, please click on your invoice number so you can print it out and include it with your check. The address is provided on the invoice.
If your employer pays your dues, please give them a copy of your invoice to be returned with a check.
